Pinatay ni Mister Ang 20-Foot Long Na Buwaya Dahil Kinain Nito Ang Kanyang Buntis na Misis

A furious Ugandan fisherman has been hailed a hero after he slaughtered a 25-foot-long crocodile that ate his eight-month-pregnant wife.

Demeteriya Nabwire went to search for firewood on the shores of Lake Kyoga, but didn’t return after several hours. Villagers became worried so a search party was made and they were horrified when they found the pregnant woman’s slippers, bloody toes, fingers and a mobile phone at the spot where she went missing.
The same creature was held responsible for the death of six other women and children who had disappeared in the same location last year.
Distressed Batambuze hurriedly went to a blacksmith and spend his $7 life savings in exchange of a sharp spear. He then took his new weapon down to the scene and found the 2,200-pound beast still resting there. Given the chance, he took his bloody revenge, stabbed the crocodile in the stomach and hauled the dead crocodile up to the shore with the help of five other fishermen.

Relieved residents proclaimed Batambuze as a hero of the village because of his bravery to eliminate the killer croc that had been terrorizing the area over the years. Five other people survived being eaten up by a crocodile last year after they were rescued by the residents.

A spokesman for Kaliro district demand compensation from the Ugandan Wildlife Authority for the loss of Batambuze’s wife. But UWA officials said it’s not part of their policy to pay out for people who were killed by crocodiles. They also claimed that they were now capturing and sending the deadly reptiles to national parks.
